MOYA/M3

March is MOYA or Month of the Young Adolescent. To celebrate MMS holds the month long celebration called M3 - Madison Mania Month. 

During the month of March we will have fun activities to help celebrate our awesome students.

Some of the activities are:

NOON FUN (during lunch times) - Whiffle Ball and Ultimate Frisbee AND 60s, 70s, 80s & 90s MUSIC!!

LIBRARY - We will have a few activities set up in the Library all month - Mini Golf course, dime drop, PLINKO, etc. Give students a chance challenge a friend, have fun, clear their Library fines or WIN A PRIZE!!

WORDLE WEEK - Fun Wordle games in Bruin Crew

3/1 - TUESDAY -  Been There/Done That T-shirt day -wear a shirt from a vacation OR from an activity you participated in (ex: 5K, Grand Canyon, sports tournament, DisneyWorld)

3/3 - STAFF HOBBY DAY - Teachers will bring an example of one of their many hobbies to display to students in the library.

3/8 - KICKS DAY - Wear your favorite shoes.

3/9 - PARENT LUNCHEON - Parents will come and eat lunch with their student during their lunch time. Parents may bring food from the outside, and stay and eat with their student. Students will not be checked out for lunch. This is for the parent to see what lunches are like. Fun activities will also be available including a photo booth. 

3/10 - TEACHER VS. STUDENT BASKETBALL GAME (SWEATS DAY) - Our annual basketball game will be held from 1 -3 and students will be allowed to come watch the game and visit the snack shack.

3/21 - 3/25 - QUIZ BOWL TOURNAMENT (during intramurals)

3/22 - NEON DAY - Wear your brightest clothes.

3/24 - MMS ANNUAL BOOK SWAP - Students will bring books from home to swap for new to them books from other students. It is a great time to stock up on reading for summer!

3/29 - DRESS LIKE A TEACHER/TEACHERS DRESS LIKE A STUDENT DAY

3/30 - STUDENT HOBBY DAY - Students will be able to bring something that they do as a hobby to display in the library. 

3/31 - GRANDPARENT LUNCHEON - Grandparents will come and eat lunch with their student during their lunch time. Grandparents may bring food from the outside, and stay and eat with their student. Students will not be checked out for lunch. This is for the parent to see what lunches are like. Fun activities will also be available including a photo booth.
