Virtual Friday 8/27
The Bartlesville Public School district will have a virtual day on Friday, August 27th. All students will complete work from home. Staff will be at school to help students through email, canvas, and other methods. For Madison, there will be no live instruction.
Madison Gear Orders due - 8/30
If you would like to order some Madison gear for you or your students you can find the link to the online store here. Orders are due by the end of the day on Monday, August 30th.
Free tutoring starts 8/30
Starting August 30th, free tutoring is available after school from 3:15 - 4:15 at Madison for Math (in the library), and English (in Mrs. Gagan's room) Monday through Thursdays. If students need bus transportation home, it is provided.
Chromebook Insurance - Last day is Tuesday 8/31
The annual Chromebook insurance can be purchased online NOW for $26* for the 2021-22 school year for students who will be in grades 6-8 in August.
Go to ok-bartlesville.intouchreceipting.com and use the student's ID number as the username and the student's last name as the password. (Or you can use Purchases and Payments within PowerSchool.)
Middle school students are issued Chromebooks they transport to and from school daily. A lost middle school Chromebook & case is worth $235. In 2020-21, 124 middle school students lost their $35 chargers, while 200 broke their $40 screens. Those with insurance owed nothing for a first incident and were only charged 50% for a second incident.
Picture Day - Wednesday 9/1
Students were given picture forms in 6th hour this week. They will take pictures on Wednesday, 9/1 in their science classes. These are the pictures that will be in the yearbook. If a student is absent retakes will be done the first week of October. If you need a form, please contact the office 918-333-4444.
Painted Mustang Run 9/24
The Madison Mustang Run is September 24th. Get your money in by this WEDNESDAY Sept 1st to guarantee a shirt size. Mustang Run Forms need to be signed on the front AND the back before you turn them in. Need a form? Print one here.
