Madison Middle School

Student medications need to be picked up by the last day of school, which is on Thursday, May 20, 2021. Come to the office to pick up any time during school hours. We are not allowed to keep medication after the end of the school year. Any medication not picked up will be taken to the police department medication disposal box and discarded. It is the district's policy that a parent/guardian must pick up medication. If you are not sure if your child has any medication left over feel free to call the office at 918-333-4444
